Middle/Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will serve as a key communication hub between stakeholders and delivery teams, driving execution, transparency, and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle project delivery (web, mobile, backend)
• Define and manage scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Plan, organize, and facilitate key Agile ceremonies:
• • Kick-offs
  • Sprint planning & reviews
  • Status meetings
  • Retrospectives
• Maintain core project documentation:
• • Project Plan
  • Status Reports
  • Risk & Issue Logs
  • Change Requests
• Track delivery using KPIs and performance metrics
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers)
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards, and governance
• Manage scope changes and client expectations
• Provide transparent and regular reporting to stakeholders
• Support presales activities (estimation, planning, proposal input)
• Perform basic people management:
• • Resource allocation
  • 1:1 meetings

Requirements

Must-have

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development
• Experience with Fixed Price and/or Time & Material models
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work with distributed/remote teams
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with PM tools:
• • Jira / ClickUp / Confluence / Asana
• Solid understanding of:
• • Project planning & scheduling
  • Budget tracking
  • Risk management
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)

Nice-to-have

• PM certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile)
• Basic understanding of software architecture
• Experience working within a PMO framework
• Experience in presales / client onboarding
