Your engineering background will help you assess feasibility, discuss constraints, and recommend solutions clients can trust.</p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead technical presales: run client meetings independently, explore their needs, and help define the problem to solve.</li>\n<li>Advise client CTOs and other decision-makers: discuss how their systems could evolve, explain technical trade-offs, and connect recommendations to business goals.</li>\n<li>Partner with the sales team: prepare technical proposals, initial estimates, and delivery plans, then present and discuss them with clients.</li>\n<li>Help clients identify valuable AI use cases: assess opportunities, limitations, and readiness for adoption.</li>\n<li>Build alignment between clients and delivery teams: agree on expectations, scope, assumptions, and success criteria, and ensure a clear handover to delivery.</li>\n<li>Share your expertise: help sales and project teams become more confident discussing technical topics and AI opportunities.</li>\n<li>Support communication in challenging project situations: help identify the issue, discuss it calmly with the client, and agree on next steps.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What matters to us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active listening and curiosity: you listen carefully and ask questions that uncover the needs behind the initial request.</li>\n<li>Adaptability: you get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar business domains and adapt your communication to your audience, from engineers to CEOs.</li>\n<li>Clear and constructive communication: you explain complex ideas clearly, make a strong case for your recommendations, and handle objections constructively.</li>\n<li>Pragmatism: you’re comfortable setting boundaries, pushing back on unrealistic expectations, and offering workable alternatives.</li>\n<li>Value orientation: when evaluating a solution, you consider client value, budget, timelines, risks, and the company’s interests.</li>\n<li>Transparency: you’re transparent about uncertainty and what needs to be validated before making commitments.</li>\n<li>Empathy: we value empathy, clear communication, and the ability to turn discussions into concrete agreements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience that will help you succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in technical consulting, presales, or a client-facing architect or tech lead role.</li>\n<li>Ability to independently lead discovery sessions, present solutions, and discuss recommendations with C-level stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Experience preparing technical proposals, estimates, and architecture reviews.</li>\n<li>Fluent English for client discussions, negotiations, and technical conversations in an international environment. Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Background</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong seniority: at least 6 years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 2 years in technical leadership or architecture.</li>\n<li>Systems architecture: deep understanding of backend and enterprise systems, with the ability to assess an existing solution, propose a target architecture, and outline a migration plan.</li>\n<li>Prototyping: ability to validate key assumptions with a proof of concept when needed (primary programming language can vary; Python is a plus for AI work and prototyping).</li>\n<li>Practical AI expertise: hands-on understanding of where AI solutions fail, which risks need to be addressed early, and how to account for security, sensitive data, and the constraints of regulated industries.</li>\n<li>Value-driven tech approach: ability to explain when AI will deliver value and what needs to be in place for it to work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why this role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-impact involvement: an opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to business challenges, join the conversation from the start, influence the choice of solution, and help turn opportunities into viable projects.</li>\n<li>Great fit for consultants at heart: you’ll enjoy this role if client conversations, exploring options, and making the case for a solution interest you as much as architecture itself—and if success means a solution the client understands and the team can deliver.</li>\n</ul>","location":"Ukraine/Europe"}},
