Senior BI Developer (Short term project)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Developer with Tableau, OMNI and
Looker experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.
This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization best practices, data modeling,
and business intelligence concepts.

Responsibilities
— Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet business
requirements.
— Connect to various data sources, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading ETL
operations.
— Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical
specifications.
— Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
— Develop and enforce data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
— Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau/Looker dashboards and reports.
— Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives.
— Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.
— All workflows should be tailored for Agentic Analytics readiness and to be connected and
consumed by AI or through AI.

Requirements
— 3 years of experience as a Tableau BI Developer or with other BI Tools.
— 1 year of experience in mobile application analysis.
— Proven experience in designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
— Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
— Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
— Experience with various data sources, including relational databases, cloud platforms, and flat files.
— Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Will be a plus
— Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, QlikView).
— Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for data analysis.
— Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Databricks).
— Certification in Tableau Desktop or Server.
